One fan can't move enough air for an apartment building or a commercial shell. We set up multiple fans together, run them as one test, and give you numbers your inspector can use. Call (253) 802-8738.
Apartment buildings and townhome blocks that need a whole-building air barrier test.
Small commercial and mixed-use buildings, tested under the Washington State Energy Code.
Sealed up the leaks and need to prove it? We come back and run it again.
A single-family house usually tests fine with one blower door. Larger floor plates, taller buildings, and leakier shells need more airflow to reach test pressure.
That's where dual-fan and multi-fan setups come in: fans in one doorway or spread across several, all logged together.
Common projects: multifamily and townhome blocks, mixed-use and small commercial buildings, whole-building air barrier tests under the Washington State Energy Code, and retests after air sealing.

We walk the building with your super and confirm what's sealed, taped, or left open. Fans go into the door frames, with gauges and hoses run to each one.
